GROUP SESSIONS:

  • Our group sessions accommodate all levels of practitioners.
  • We provide a well-balanced combination of stretches, asanas, pranayama, meditation and lot more focused on harmone balancing, fitness, flexibility & on overall women health.
  • Group Sessions are customized by us & cannot be changed based on individual choices.

We have 2 types of group sessions for women: 1. Yoga for women health 2. Yoga for burning fat

Instruction that you must know before joining the group sessions:

  1. The sessions are highly customized for women, and you will have clear explanation of how to do, what to do & what not to do.
  2. It will be a lead follow class with fairly large number of participants and count depends on the enrollment every month.
  3. You will have 12 sessions per month . Language: Bilingual in Tamil & English. Duration of all sessions would be 40 mins, may extend up to 1 hour max on most of the days.
  4. Participation is at your discretion. Payments are final.
  5. By signing up, you understand that it is your responsibility to consult your physician before participating.
  6. No Compensation class if you miss to attend the session. It will be provided if the session is cancelled by us.
  7. Payment made is for current month only. You cannot join next month with previous payment.
  8. You will be added in a Whatsapp support group and can be active throughout the month.
  9. You will be receiving Zoom details and other important instructions through the email, 24 hours before the first class.
  10. Registration will be confirmed on receipt of payment screenshot. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to others at any situation (We don’t work on refunding, unless sessions are cancelled by us).

Medium paced – harmone balancing, fitness and flexibility – Beginners can also join.
